Vuesion License
Version 1.0, effective from 2026-10-10.

Grant of License
Subject to the purchase of a valid Vuesion license, Werner-Most Ideen GmbH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vuesion for developing and maintaining software products within the limits of your license tier.
A valid license permits you to:
- use Vuesion for personal and commercial software development;
- modify the source code to fit the requirements of your product;
- build, deploy, and distribute applications created with Vuesion without additional royalties.
The number of products covered depends on your license tier.
An Agency License is required for each client project.
License Tiers
The following limits apply to each license tier:
- Solo License: one individual developer and an unlimited number of software products owned by that individual or by a company wholly owned by that individual.
- Business License: unlimited developers within the purchasing organization and an unlimited number of software products owned by that organization.
- Agency License: unlimited developers within the purchasing agency and one client project.
Solo License
A Solo License may only be purchased and used by an individual (a natural person). It may not be purchased or used by or on behalf of a company, organization, or team.
A Solo License may be used for an unlimited number of personal or commercial software products, provided that each product is owned by the license holder or by a company that is wholly owned by the license holder.
A Solo License does not cover:
- products owned by a company with additional shareholders, such as co-founders or investors;
- client projects or software developed on behalf of or for third parties.
Products owned by a company with additional shareholders require a Business License. Client projects require an Agency License.
Business License
A Business License may be used for an unlimited number of personal or commercial software products, provided that each product is owned by the purchasing organization.
A Business License does not cover client projects or software developed on behalf of or for third parties. Client projects require an Agency License.
Client Projects
An Agency License may be used to develop one software product for one client.
The completed product, including its source code, may be delivered to and used by that client.
Delivery of the completed product does not transfer the Vuesion license to the client and does not grant the client the right to use Vuesion or its source code as a foundation for any other product, project, template, framework, or similar work.
The Agency License remains with the purchasing agency and applies only to the client project for which it was purchased.
Developer Access
The number of developers permitted to access and use the Vuesion source code depends on the purchased license tier.
You may only grant source code access to developers covered by your purchased license.
Updates
Your purchase includes updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features made available for the version of Vuesion included with your license.
Future versions or editions of Vuesion may be offered as separate product releases and may require an additional license.
Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make Vuesion or its source code available to third parties, except as part of a completed client product as expressly permitted under an Agency License;
- publish the Vuesion source code, in whole or in part, in any public repository or publicly accessible location;
- create, sell, or distribute starter kits, templates, frameworks, boilerplates, SaaS foundations, or competing products based on Vuesion;
- use one Agency License for multiple client projects;
- use a Business License for client projects or for products owned by third parties;
- purchase or use a Solo License on behalf of a company, organization, or team;
- use a Solo License for client projects or for products owned by third parties, including companies with additional shareholders;
- share your purchased source code or license with individuals or organizations that are not covered by an appropriate license;
- remove or misrepresent any copyright, ownership, or license notices.
Ownership
Vuesion is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights, including source code, design, documentation, trademarks, and associated materials, remain the exclusive property of Werner-Most Ideen GmbH.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using Vuesion for new development and destroy all copies of the source code under your control.
Applications that were completed and deployed before termination may continue to operate.
Warranty
Vuesion is provided "as is". Werner-Most Ideen GmbH does not guarantee that Vuesion is free of errors, that it works without interruption, or that it is suitable for a particular purpose.
Vuesion is a foundation for building your own software. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and operating the applications you build with Vuesion.
Statutory warranty rights that cannot be excluded by agreement remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
Werner-Most Ideen GmbH is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
For damages caused by slight negligence, Werner-Most Ideen GmbH is only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of this agreement possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement and, in total, to the amount you paid for your Vuesion license.
In all other cases, liability for slight negligence is excluded. This includes, in particular, lost profits, lost revenue, lost orders, business interruption, and other indirect or consequential damages.
Liability for the loss of data is limited to the effort that would have been required to restore the data from regular backups.
These limitations also apply to the personal liability of the employees, representatives, and agents of Werner-Most Ideen GmbH.
